Flare Racks and Mounts

Superior flare firing solutions

Racks & Mounting Options

including installation and certification

We offer a diverse selection of racks and mounting solutions for our flare products, suitable for aircraft spanning from a Cessna 172 to a King Air 350. Our comprehensive turnkey solutions encompass the provision of racks, aircraft installation, and certification work. Our experienced engineers handle the certification paperwork (STC) for either the FAA or EASA aviation authorities. STCs approved by either the FAA or EASA are generally recognized and accepted by other local aviation authorities.

In contrast, the other two photos showcase premium installations on two distinct turbo propeller aircraft, namely the Piper Cheyenne and King Air 350. These installations feature a versatile flare rack capable of accommodating the ZEUS, TARHUNNA, or TARU product.

Dispensers for IKARUS ejectable flares

maximum efficiency on your seeding missions

To ensure maximum efficiency on your seeding missions CST supplies aviation certified ejectable flare dispenser systems for mounting on the belly of the seeding aircraft. The system comprises an array of four flare magazines mounted under the aircraft belly, each holding 90 ejectable glaciogenic flares, and a control unit installed in the cockpit. All sizes of CST ejectable flares fit into and can be fired from these flare dispensers. The magazine assembly is attached to the aircraft by angles or adapters tailored to the specific aircraft.
